Regional Sales Manager DACH m/w/x

The Regional Sales Manager is a senior role and is the central entrepreneurial person for the DACH-region




What you will be doing:


  • Build up and increase a qualified pipeline across Central Europe - mainly German

speaking markets, with option to expand to BeNeLux

  • Qualify potential clients and forecast potential deals precisely
  • Manage the assigned territory to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Develop a profound knowledge of the beqom solution and related business


  • Build competence and sell the beqom value to business decision makers up to


  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualification to closure with high

complexity, communicating on all levels (up to C-Level) on the client’s side

  • Work closely with sales support functions and achieve a high win rate through

quality and sales excellence

  • Represent beqom at events, seminars and in the pressWork closely with Sales Development and Marketing to increase market awareness

How you will achieve the role, essential skills:


  • +5 years of sales experience, selling software/SaaS solutions to senior executives
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer needs
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise

solution ROI

  • High energy and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and


  • Strong presenter with excellent communication skills, comfortable in addressing

executive decision makers

  • Highly ethical: will always do what is right for the organisation and customer over

personal gain

  • Language skill: fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus



Nice to have:


  • BSc or MBA
  • Experienced in selling HR software solutions or selling into Sales departments
  • Experienced in selling cloud based enterprise software solutions as SaaS
